Teachers

Our instructors are all certified teachers, with either Cambridge, Trinity or other recognized TEFL or TESOL qualifications. They have been chosen for their international teaching experience, their enthusiasm, and above all, their concern for the needs of the students as individuals. This approach is evident in the special care our staff takes with each student, often giving help outside scheduled class hours.

Jonny graduated from the University of East Anglia in 2005 before doing a Master of Arts course in English Studies. He has taught and worked as manager in UK summer schools as well as working in Spain as an English teacher. He spent 3 months teaching in Tarragona and 4 months in Seville.

He speaks Spanish and is making very poor effort to learn Japanese. His hobbies mainly revolve around music and sport. His big ambition is to one day open his own language school in the south of Spain. He joined Rose of York in August 2007.
