Conditions of Rose of York's Accommodation search
1. The School will only start an accommodation search once
the student has enrolled and paid for the course and the number
of weeks of accommodation requested. There is an
administration fee of £30.
2. The first week of accommodation and the £30
administration fee are non-refundable when the accommodation
has been booked.
3. Students are reminded that most host families live in
residential areas, therefore they must be prepared to travel
between 30 to 50 minutes by bus or underground.
4. The school will make the reservation when the payment has
been received. Full details of the reservation will be sent
to the student by post, fax or email.
5. We request between 2 to 3 weeks advance notice to arrange
the accommodation.
6. We can provide a pick-up service from the airport. The
fee is between £50 to £80 depending on the distance between
the airport and the accommodation.
6. Students should remember that they will be living in a
family home and should comply with the 'Rules of the House'.
